Os promovidos atuam em diversas regi\u00f5es do estado.<br><br>As ascens\u00f5es atendem ao crit\u00e9rio de antiguidade. Com essas promo\u00e7\u00f5es, j\u00e1 s\u00e3o 2.106 policiais militares promovidos na PM, desde janeiro do ano passado. Desse total, 292 s\u00e3o oficiais e 1.814 pra\u00e7as.<br><br>O comandante-geral da corpora\u00e7\u00e3o, coronel Euller Chaves, destacou o respeito e compromisso do governador Jo\u00e3o Azev\u00eado com a Pol\u00edcia Militar, que mesmo em um ano de dificuldades causadas pela pandemia, garantiu a ascens\u00e3o de policiais em v\u00e1rios momentos.<br><br>\u201cVale destacar que s\u00f3 em 2020, um ano de bastante dificuldade em todas as \u00e1reas por causa da pandemia, sobretudo na \u00e1rea econ\u00f4mica, o governador Jo\u00e3o Azev\u00eado promoveu e autorizou a promover 1.033 policiais militares, sendo 215 oficiais e 818 pra\u00e7as.
