{"id":901840,"date":"2019-08-12T10:12:25","date_gmt":"2019-08-12T13:12:25","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.pm.pb.gov.br\/portal\/?p=901840"},"modified":"2019-08-12T10:12:26","modified_gmt":"2019-08-12T13:12:26","slug":"policia-militar-coloca-fim-em-festa-apos-flagrar-participantes-com-drogas-e-descumprindo-medidas-cautelares-da-justica","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.pm.pb.gov.br\/portal\/2019\/08\/12\/policia-militar-coloca-fim-em-festa-apos-flagrar-participantes-com-drogas-e-descumprindo-medidas-cautelares-da-justica\/","title":{"rendered":"Pol\u00edcia Militar coloca fim em festa ap\u00f3s flagrar participantes com drogas e descumprindo medidas cautelares da justi\u00e7a"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>A Pol\u00edcia Militar cercou um local onde estava sendo realizada uma festa de supostos torcedores de um time de futebol, na noite desse domingo (11), no bairro de Mandacaru, em Jo\u00e3o Pessoa, e flagrou dois suspeitos com maconha, uma adolescente com lol\u00f3 e tamb\u00e9m dois presos usando tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica (cujo o uso, entre outras medidas, imp\u00f5e restri\u00e7\u00e3o de hor\u00e1rio para estar na rua).<\/p>\n<p>O comandante do 1\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o, tenente-coronel Lucas, disse que o estabelecimento foi fechado durante a a\u00e7\u00e3o. \u201cEssa a\u00e7\u00e3o foi montada a partir de informes que recebemos sobre a presen\u00e7a de suspeitos no local. Ao chegar l\u00e1, foram abordados mais de 150 participantes e, no meio deles, estavam tr\u00eas pessoas com drogas e dois presos com tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica descumprindo as medidas cautelares impostas pela justi\u00e7a. O estabelecimento n\u00e3o possu\u00eda nenhum tipo de licen\u00e7a ambiental para o funcionamento, com isso, houve a autua\u00e7\u00e3o em 20 mil reais e o fechamento imediato\u201d, disse,<\/p>\n<p>Os presos que estavam de tornozeleira eletr\u00f4nica foram levados para a Penitenci\u00e1ria M\u00e9dia de Mangabeira.
