A dupla foi interceptada em uma moto por policiais do 3\u00ba Batalh\u00e3o e da 4\u00aa Companhia do Batalh\u00e3o de Policiamento de Tr\u00e2nsito, possivelmente planejando praticar mais roubos na cidade. Eles estavam com um simulacro de pistola \u2013 mesmo objeto usado para intimidar os frentistas do posto que foi alvo dos criminosos.<br \/><br \/>Os homens, de 22 e 21 anos, ainda tentaram fugir da abordagem policial, mas foram perseguidos, cercados e presos.
