O Cesp especializa os capit\u00e3es para atuarem no planejamento e desenvolvimento do trabalho de gest\u00e3o da seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica e faz parte do programa de p\u00f3s-gradua\u00e7\u00e3o da Pol\u00edcia Militar da Para\u00edba.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Em sua palestra, o coronel Euller Chaves passou um pouco de sua experi\u00eancia profissional e mostrou a evolu\u00e7\u00e3o que a corpora\u00e7\u00e3o vem alcan\u00e7ando com a gest\u00e3o pautada em metas e resultados, citando como exemplo o patamar que a Para\u00edba alcan\u00e7ou no cen\u00e1rio nacional quanto a redu\u00e7\u00e3o dos Crimes Violentos Letais Intencionais (CVLI) e \u00edndices de confiabilidade aferidos pela pr\u00f3pria popula\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">O CESP 2018 \u00e9 composto por 32 alunos, n\u00e3o s\u00f3 da Pol\u00edcia Militar da Para\u00edba, mas tamb\u00e9m da Pol\u00edcia Militar do Maranh\u00e3o, Rio Grande do Norte, do Corpo de Bombeiros Militar da Para\u00edba, Paran\u00e1 e da Guarda Municipal de Jo\u00e3o Pessoa.
