No \u00faltimo fim de semana o Batalh\u00e3o Ambiental realizou uma
\nopera\u00e7\u00e3o de fiscaliza\u00e7\u00e3o nas feiras de Santa Rita e Oitizeiro, sendo empenhados 30 militares entre oficiais e pra\u00e7as.<\/p>\n

Durante as fiscaliza\u00e7\u00f5es foram apreendidas mais de 60 aves silvestres. Em meio a estas aves foram identificados azul\u00f5es, galos de campina, golado, maracan\u00e3, sanha\u00e7u, tico-tico, sabi\u00e1s, chor\u00f5es, c\u00f3leras, caboclinhos e curi\u00f3s.<\/p>\n

Macilon da Silva, residente no bairro de V\u00e1rzea Nova, munic\u00edpio de Santa Rita, foi autuado por ter em sua resid\u00eancia aves silvestre da fauna brasileira, sem autoriza\u00e7\u00e3o do \u00f3rg\u00e3o ambiental competente.<\/p>\n

Ainda foi encontrada na resid\u00eancia do mesmo uma estufa utilizada para estimular o canto da ave. O infrator ambiental foi multado em R$2.500,00 por infringir o art. 24 da lei 9.605\/98, a \u0093LEI DOS CRIMES AMBIENTAIS\u0094.<\/p>\n
