Perguntado ao mesmo se este possu\u00eda alguma arma, ele falou que possu\u00eda duas armas em sua resid\u00eancia, autorizando a entrada da guarni\u00e7\u00e3o em sua casa, a\u00e7\u00e3o esta autorizada tamb\u00e9m por sua mulher. Ao adentrar na resid\u00eancia foi encontrada uma espingarda do tipo bate buxa e quatorze tubos de p\u00f3lvora.<\/p>\n<p>Foi apreendido tamb\u00e9m quatro p\u00e1ssaros em sua resid\u00eancia.
