Silva da For\u00e7a T\u00e1tica do 5\u00ba BPM, comandada pelo sargento Falc\u00e3o, realizava rondas na Avenida Juscelino Kubistchek, no Geisel, quando foi solicitada por um homem que dizia ter sido roubado por um elemento em uma moto de cor preta e que na fuga, o meliante teria deixado cair seu pr\u00f3prio celular, o qual foi entregue a guarni\u00e7\u00e3o. Momentos depois o celular tocou e do outro lado da linha, uma mulher disse: &#8220;-Venha para casa-&#8221; Ent\u00e3o lhe foi informado, que o celular teria sido achado, e assim foi acertado um encontro para a devolu\u00e7\u00e3o do mesmo no Bar \u0093Kactos\u0094, localizado no Geisel, para devolu\u00e7\u00e3o. Foi montada uma campana e os policiais militares aguardaram no local e ap\u00f3s alguns minutos chega ao estabelecimento comnercial um casal em uma moto e logo \u00e9 abordado. Ap\u00f3s a revista, foi encontrado com o acusado, 01 (hum) cord\u00e3o de ouro, 01 (uma) pulseira de a\u00e7o,01 (hum) celular Samsung pertencentes a v\u00edtima.
