Esta \u00e9 a filosofia da Pol\u00edcia Comunit\u00e1ria, que vai inaugurar neste s\u00e1bado (16) a segunda base no bairro Alto do Mateus, em Jo\u00e3o Pessoa. Para o tenente-coronel Marcos Alexandre Sobreira, coordenador do programa, o policial comunit\u00e1rio precisa sair das bases indo \u00e0s ruas, \u00e0s resid\u00eancias e aos estabelecimentos comerciais para conhecer a comunidade.<\/p>\n<p>\u0093Para que isso ocorra, \u00e9 fundamental personalizar o policial naquele ambiente, conhecendo os problemas m\u00ednimos daquela comunidade, se antecipando de forma pr\u00f3-ativa, buscando solu\u00e7\u00f5es de maneira que as lideran\u00e7as comunit\u00e1rias e os moradores conhe\u00e7am esses policiais\u0094, explica o oficial da Pol\u00edcia Militar.<\/p>\n<p>H\u00e1 hoje 515 policiais capacitados para atuar no programa. O treinamento n\u00e3o leva muito tempo, uma semana para promotor de pol\u00edcia Comunit\u00e1ria e duas semanas para multiplicadores.<\/p>\n<p>A primeira base foi instalada na regi\u00e3o mais alta do bairro. Neste s\u00e1bado, a segunda base ser\u00e1 aberta na regi\u00e3o pr\u00f3xima \u00e0 linha do trem, aproveitando uma instala\u00e7\u00e3o desativada da Cagepa.<\/p>\n<p>Palestras \u0096 O conceito de pol\u00edcia comunit\u00e1ria existe desde 1998, mas s\u00f3 agora a id\u00e9ia est\u00e1 sendo de fato praticada. Ser\u00e3o promovidas palestras em escolas e centros comunit\u00e1rios para que a popula\u00e7\u00e3o entenda como ir\u00e1 funcionar essa nova da pol\u00edcia.<\/p>\n<p>O tenente-coronel Marcos Alexandre lembra o artigo 144 da Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o Federal, segundo o qual a \u0093seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica \u00e9 dever do Estado, direito e responsabilidade de todos\u0094. \u0093N\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 do cidad\u00e3o, n\u00e3o \u00e9 s\u00f3 da pol\u00edcia, mas de todos os segmentos\u0094, completa.<\/p>\n<p>O comandante geral da Pol\u00edcia Militar da Para\u00edba, coronel Euller Chaves, afirmou que haver\u00e1 parceria tamb\u00e9m com a Prefeitura de Jo\u00e3o Pessoa para instalar uma base de pol\u00edcia comunit\u00e1ria em um antigo posto policial desativado na comunidade Boa Esperan\u00e7a, no bairro do Cristo Redentor.<\/p>\n<p>Por determina\u00e7\u00e3o do governador Ricardo Coutinho, a pol\u00edtica de Pol\u00edcia Comunit\u00e1ria vai se expandir para os principais centros urbanos do Estado.
